Overcoming Challenges

OneFylde provide support, accommodation and activities for adults and young people with learning disabilities across the Blackpool, Fylde and Wyre areas. As they continued to add more clients and more carers to their service, they started looking for software that could help accommodate three areas; supported living, homecare and activities, while organising everything on one system.

After having used a different software that was found to be outdated and clunky with limitations on what information could be viewed, the charity was seeking a modern, up-to-date system that was organised, easy to use and accessible.
