Access Group are finalists in two CIPP Annual Excellence Awards

The Access Group has been shortlisted in two categories at the CIPP Annual Excellence Awards – the only payroll awards ceremony in the UK.

With extensive legislation impacting payroll and pensions in the UK, the awards are designed to acknowledge and reward those responsible for the strategic delivery of these services, accurately and compliantly.

The awards honour not just the payroll providers, but the professionals working in the industry that have made outstanding contributions and can demonstrate a continuing commitment to excellence.

Access was announced as a finalist in the Payroll Service Provider of the Year category, and team leader Emma Saxton as a finalist in the Manager of the Year category. 

Emma commented: “We have a strong and committed team and we’re extremely proud of our 100% pass rate in our last CIPP PAS Accreditation, evidencing the robust processes we have in place and the dedication that Access has to putting employees first.  Our recent employee engagement from our regular employee surveys within Access Payroll reached a record 9.7 out of 10 and has been consistently above 9.5 for the last 12 months.”

The winners will be announced at the CIPP’s Annual Excellence Awards ceremony on Thursday 15 October.
