When did you join The Access Group and what attracted you to the business?
I joined The Access Group as part of the Paytronix acquisition in late 2024. I was initially drawn to Paytronix because of the collaborative nature of the team and the dynamic clients we support. People are bright, curious and empathetic. Becoming part of The Access Group has created so many new possibilities, enabling us to deliver an even broader set of innovative products and capabilities to our clients.
How do you see Access supporting your growth and development?
Access supports employees in a variety of meaningful ways. The highest levels of leadership encourage all employees to help build a better future and they equip us with the tools to do so. Even without any engineering background, I’ve had numerous opportunities to design and develop new tools that enhance my work. This not only drives greater efficiency but also frees up time to build new skills and continue growing professionally. There are many avenues for personal development and community building as well. I joined WISE (Women in Software Empowered) to connect with other women across the company and NEON (Neurodiversity Empowerment & Opportunity Network) after attending a panel discussion that proved to be an incredible resource for parents. Access does not see limits. You’re empowered to pursue your goals and the company provides clear pathways with actionable insights to help you map and achieve each step in your career journey.

How would you describe the culture at The Access Group?
At The Access Group, everyone is encouraged to be their authentic selves while finding joy and purpose in their work and life. This is evident in the tagline “Love Work. Love Life. Be You.” As a busy mom of two young girls, the ability to bring my whole self to work is invaluable. The company supports wellbeing through initiatives like the THRIVE program, which offers opportunities for meditation, yoga and other wellness practices. There is also a culture of support. Whenever I have reached out for guidance or asked a question, colleagues have always taken the time to listen and help with genuine care. Although I’m based in the U.S., I’ve already formed strong connections with colleagues in the UK who have played an important role in my Access journey. That global collaboration has made me feel truly connected to the company’s mission and part of the Access family. It is a fast-paced environment where everyone is held accountable for results, and we all have fun while doing it.

Could you tell us more about your role at Access?
My role as a Strategist centers on supporting clients develop, optimize and measure the success of their loyalty programs and broader business strategy, while identifying opportunities for sustained growth and value creation. It is important that clients clearly understand the ROI of my recommended actions and recognize the value of their partnership with The Access Group. Therefore, how I communicate insights and deliver content is often just as important as the insights themselves.
How are you using AI in your day-to-day job?
AI has become a powerful tool in strengthening my effectiveness in this role. It has enabled meaningful self-reflection and accelerated my growth as a storyteller and communicator. By analyzing meeting transcripts, AI helps me identify not only my own strengths and contributions, but also those of other participants. These insights have deepened my understanding of the qualities I value in others and allowed me to more intentionally incorporate them into my own personal brand and client interactions.
I’ve also leveraged AI to sharpen my language and communicate recommendations more confidently and assertively. Instead of relying on vague or subjective advice, AI provides precise, actionable reframing. It shows me exactly how to reword statements so that they are clearer, more persuasive and resonate more effectively with clients. It has helped me reduce filler language and improved how I navigate questions and pushback. In addition, it helps me tailor my messaging and presentations to specific audiences. By providing clear context about the stakeholders, meeting objectives and time constraints, it helps me refine presentations and prioritize content that aligns with the needs of that particular meeting.
As a result, I feel significantly more prepared, confident and empowered in my role.
