Is there a minimum contract length?

Do you offer discounts?
No, we don't offer discounts. The monthly price includes VAT, implementation and the standard customer success plan.
How long does implementation take?
It depends on your firm's size and the FlightPath package you choose. FlightPath A (up to 20 users) typically takes 4–6 weeks. FlightPath B (up to 50 users) takes 5–6 weeks. FlightPath C (up to 100 users) takes 6–8 weeks. Your go-live target is agreed at kick-off, so there are no surprises.
Can you migrate our existing data?
Yes, we can migrate your existing data. We start with a data audit, reviewing what exists in your legacy system and identifying what should be migrated. We then help you cleanse the data, resolving inaccuracies and duplicates before migration begins. Our data conversion service transfers your case and client data directly into CaseMatters Evo, and you review and sign off the migrated data before anything goes live.
