Use is confidential at an individual level: no one can see what a colleague has asked or which systems they use.

To keep the platform secure and compliant, Access carries out two kinds of check: confidential, unattributed reviews confirming that permissions and controls are working as they should, and automated checks confirming that the platform is being used appropriately. Neither identifies individuals.

Some capabilities may carry a modest additional cost, and the scale of Access's investment keeps that to a minimum.
