Access EarlyPay – Onboarding Platform

We’re delighted you’ve chosen to sign up to Access EarlyPay, enabling your employees to take control of their own finances and truly embracing the future of payroll!

To help make your onboarding process as seamless as possible, and to enable you to spread the word about EarlyPay throughout your organisation, we’ve put together a series of documents, posters and videos that you can share with your employees in the coming weeks.

Step 1 - Spread the word

You’ve signed up for EarlyPay, now it’s time to spread the word to your employees and get them excited for the launch of their new employee benefit. At this stage, we recommend downloading the ‘Coming Soon’ poster and popping this up in staff rooms/on the back of toilet cubicle doors. We’ve also written an email template that you can send to employees letting them know EarlyPay is on the way.

Step 2 - Engage stakeholder

The next thing to do at this stage is engaging key stakeholders, such as your HR & People teams, and line managers. We’ve created an email template for them also, along with our ‘5 reasons why EarlyPay is so beneficial’ PDF. It would also be useful at this point to show them the ‘What is EarlyPay’ video, just as you did with your wider employee set.

Step 3 - Launch

This is the key stage to ensure as many of your employees as possible can get access to EarlyPay as possible. Before we send out the invite email to your employees, we’d advise you send out our 3rd email template, outlining that Access will be sending their invite code in the coming days and also linking to the ‘how to get set up’ video.

Once we’ve sent out the invite email, we’d advise you to replace the ‘coming soon’ posters with our ‘available now’ posters, complete with QR codes direct to the app store for ease of set up.

Step 4 - Re-Onboarding

For those of your employees who didn’t sign up during the launch, this is a key stage to ensure they get a chance the second time round. EarlyPay sends a ‘re-invite' email at the end of each month, so it’s key to make sure you’ve re-engaged those employees who haven’t signed up before that date.

To help, we will send an automated re-invite to your employees at the end of each month, however, we advise that you also stay in communication with your employees who have not signed up. To help we've created a 'don't miss out' video for you to share with them, that outlines a little more about how others use EarlyPay. We'd also advise you send them the 'what is EarlyPay' document round to employees again to re-engage them.
