Access People to acquire employee benefits provider caboodle
Access People, a division of The Access Group, a leading provider of business management software to mid-market organisations, has entered into a binding agreement to acquire Caboodle, one of the UK’s leading independent employee benefits providers. The acquisition is subject to regulatory approval from the FCA, which is expected to be completed in the coming months.
Caboodle are employee benefits and employee engagement experts and through their market-leading Salary Extras platform they already offer a comprehensive range of employee benefits and reward and recognition tools.
Caboodle was founded in 2009 by a team of experts in employee benefits, technology and communications – and is continually evolving to meet the changing needs of the HR industry, offering solutions that help organisations reward and engage their workforce.
The caboodle Salary Extras platform is highly configurable so it can be used by companies of all shapes and sizes – from small companies wanting a simple solution to bigger enterprises with more complex needs. The platform can be adapted to integrate with a company’s own benefits and other internal systems – a good fit with Access People’s existing HR tools.
