How long will implementation really take?

Every firm is unique, and we respect that. Some firms are up and running in weeks, while others prefer a more gradual approach. Your consultant will create a realistic timeline that works around you. 

Will switching disrupt our daily operations?

Our FlightPath approach minimises disruption and supports you every step of the way — with honesty about what’s involved. 

What if we need help at unusual hours?

Our Digital Assistant never sleeps, providing instant answers 24/7. For more complex issues, our support team is back online from 8am the next business day. 

How do FlexPoints work?

FlexPoints are service credits that can be used for training, configuration, consultancy, or additional support. Points are allocated based on your contract value and roll over for 12 months. Most firms use them for new starter training or workflow optimisation.

What is the Value Pathways framework?

Value Pathways is our maturity model helping firms progress from basic usage (Establish) through advanced features (Evolve) to continuous optimization (Excel). Each pathway includes assessments, guided learning, and measurable outcomes aligned to your business goals.

Can we change our Success Plan level?

Yes, you can upgrade at any time or downgrade at renewal. Many firms start with Standard and upgrade to Premier as they grow or need more strategic support.

How often is the software updated?

We release monthly updates including bug fixes, security patches, and minor enhancements. Major feature releases happen quarterly with advance notice and optional sandbox testing.

What's included in the standard fee?

Standard fees include software licenses, core support, regular updates, data storage (up to allocated limits), and access to our knowledge base. Additional services like training, consultancy, and data migration are priced separately or included in Success Plans.

Are there any hidden costs?

No hidden costs. All fees are transparent including any third-party integration costs, additional user fees, or excess storage charges. We provide full cost breakdowns during the sales process.

What are the contract terms?

Standard contracts are 3 years with annual reviews. We offer flexibility for growing firms with mid-contract user additions and feature upgrades. Early renewal incentives available.
