CaseMatters Evo Promotional Offer 

This offer shall apply to New Customers who enter into a Minimum Term Agreement for CaseMatters Evo during the Campaign Period which benefits from the Promotional Pricing.  

Definitions  

New Customers means a law firm with 21-70 case management users within England and Wales who is either i) not a current customer of Access UK Ltd (“Access”) : or ii) an existing customer of Access who does not currently have a case management system (“CMS”) provided by Access.   

Minimum Term Agreement means a framework agreement on standard Access terms and conditions (The Access Group) between a New Customer and Access for the provision of CaseMatters Evo for an Initial Term of no less than 36 months.  

Promotional Pricing means £99 per user per month (exc VAT) to be applied to the Minimum Term Agreement for the [Initial Term]. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotional Pricing shall apply for the Initial Term of the Minimum Term Agreement only. At the end of the Initial Term, all fees will revert to list price.  

Campaign Period means any time after 09:00am GMT on 2nd February 2026 until 11:59pm GMT on 31 March 2026.  

The Promotional Pricing shall apply for New Customers only, and cannot be substituted, transferred or assigned to any other agreement you may have with the Access Group (including any pre-existing agreements for Access Legal CMS or other Access Legal products and services).  

The Access Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign at any time.
