Tradify Product Specific Terms

These Product Specific Terms are supplementary to the Core Terms and apply where You buy the Tradify Service from Us. They form part of the Agreement. Where a capitalised word is used in these terms but is not defined here, it has the meaning given to it in the Core Terms.

1. Contracting entity

1.1 The Access contracting party for the Tradify Service is Tradify Limited, a company incorporated in New Zealand, with its registered office at 81 Union Street, Auckland Central, Auckland 1010, New Zealand.

2. Free service offer

2.1 We offer a free service comprising:

(a) a free version of the Tradify Service that may be available for evaluation purposes;

(b) the Connections Service, where a paying customer of the Tradify Service refers a contractor, enabling that contractor to view their schedule in Tradify.

2.2 Free Service accounts that remain unused for more than 90 days are treated as abandoned and may be closed without notice.

3. Using the Service

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining Your own user levels and managing Authorised Users' access.

3.2 Use of Tradify may be subject to limitations, including monthly transaction volumes.

4. Third-party data sharing and price lists

4.1 If You enable Third Party Products to integrate with the Tradify Service, You acknowledge and consent that We may allow the providers of those Third Party Products to access Your Customer Data as required for interoperation with the Tradify Service.

4.2 The Tradify Service may include third-party price lists for Your convenience. All prices shown are indicative only and may not reflect current pricing. We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy, completeness or currency of third-party price lists. You acknowledge that We have no control over them and You accept all risk associated with relying on such pricing.

5. Termination

5.1 We may suspend or terminate the Tradify Service, and refuse any current or future use of the Service, at any time.

5.2 You may cancel Your use of the Service at any time by following the cancellation process within the Service.

5.3 Any monthly or yearly charges are not refunded when You cancel.

6. SMS services

6.1 By subscribing to SMS, You agree to receive recurring marketing and reminder messages at the phone number provided.

6.2 You may reply 'HELP' for assistance, and unsubscribe by replying 'STOP' at any time.

6.3 Message and data rates may apply depending on Your mobile provider.

6.4 Message frequency varies based on Your use of Tradify.
