1. Packages and reservation limits

1.1 You purchase a package, which has limits on the number of reservations (the packages and reservation limits can be found here: https://resdiary.com/pricing-gbp?region=GB&nogate. 3. Termination and notices

3.1 You may terminate in accordance with the Core Terms, with one exception: Your notice must be filed by email to [email protected] and [email protected]. Any written notice must be given by email to [email protected] and [email protected].

4. Consumer-facing services

4.1 ResDiary Widget. We will provide Our widget to enable real-time reservations from Your restaurant's website into ResDiary. Our widget will contain ResDiary branding, such as the wording 'Powered by ResDiary' or the ResDiary logo.

4.2 ResDiary Microsite. The ResDiary Microsite is a micro-website or sub-domain of Our ResDiary website that is specific to Your restaurant. It will be enabled no later than 14 days after initial sign-up. You must ensure online bookings are enabled for all ResDiary accounts, and booking restrictions should only be limited through yield management and channel parameters, not through advance close-outs.

4.3 Automated post-dining emails. These must be enabled for all internal and online reservations for all accounts, with a unique link for the guest to leave a review on Our ResDiary website. You can edit and manage the content and branding of this message, but the unique link must be included, and 'Powered by ResDiary' will appear as a footer.

4.4 Reviews. Guests may leave reviews. We will not remove or moderate reviews simply because they are negative. We may moderate reviews where the content is unlawful, abusive, deceptive or refers to an individual, and may remove reviews used to manipulate ratings (such as the same content posted multiple times from multiple accounts).

5. Using Our API on portals and restaurant directories

5.1 You may use Our API on third-party portals and restaurant directories where You have an account with Us, provided no third party applies any branding to ResDiary's widget, API or website, or adds a third party's branded widget. We may, at Our sole discretion, remove access to Our API at any time.

5.2 We may grant API access or provide Our widget to authorised third parties acting as complementary booking channels. If a trial period is offered, restaurants can continue receiving bookings after it ends by contacting the third party or ResDiary. Without such instruction, accounts will be removed from the third-party site after the trial. The restaurant or third party must comply with ResDiary's API Terms available here: https://resdiary.com/resdiary-api-license-terms?region=NZ
