Learning Hub Content Supplementary Terms

These Learning Hub Content Terms are supplementary to the Core Terms and apply where Your Order includes a Learning Hub Content Licence. Learning Hub Content is a Content as a Service (CaaS) product, so any additional CaaS terms in the Core Terms also apply. They form part of the Agreement and apply in addition to (not instead of) the Core Terms. Where a capitalised word is used in these terms but is not defined here, it has the meaning given to it in the Core Terms.

1. Definitions

Learning Hub Catalogue — the catalogue of eLearning courses available for selection within the Learning Hub.

Learning Hub Content Licence — a licence to access eLearning course content from the Learning Hub Catalogue, whether bought as a Single Course Licence, a Bundle Licence, or as part of Pick & Mix Entitlements, as set out in the Order.

Single Course Licence — a licence to access an individual eLearning course from the Learning Hub Catalogue, as set out in the Order.

Bundle Licence — a licence to access a pre-defined group of eLearning courses from the Learning Hub Catalogue, as set out in the Order.

Pick & Mix Entitlements — the number of eLearning course selections included in Your Learning Hub Content Licence (where You have opted to purchase licences on a Pick & Mix basis), enabling You to select courses up to the entitlement limit set out in the Order.

2. Content licence

2.1 eLearning courses may be bought at any time as a separate Order under Your existing Agreement, or as part of a new Agreement. They are available as Single Course Licences, Bundle Licences or Pick & Mix Entitlements, each as set out in the Order.

2.2 You can only use eLearning courses accessed through a Learning Hub Content Licence for internal training; either for Your own organisation, or for any Permitted Users listed in the Order. In addition to Your rights and obligations under the intellectual property clause in the Core Terms, You must not copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or share eLearning course content with any third party.

3. Pick & Mix Entitlements

3.1 Where Your Order includes Pick & Mix Entitlements, any unused entitlements expire at the end of each Contract Year and do not roll over to a later Contract Year. Unused entitlements are non-refundable.

4. Learning Hub Catalogue

4.1 The Learning Hub Catalogue is a catalogue of available eLearning content. We may update it from time to time, including by adding, removing or substituting courses (including within a Bundle), provided any substitution is of reasonably equivalent content.

5. Administration

5.1 You will designate a Learning Hub Administrator responsible for selecting, distributing and managing eLearning courses within Your organisation. If You have no active Learning Hub Administrator, any of Your employees (or a Permitted User) who holds themselves out as having authority to manage the Learning Hub is treated as the Learning Hub Administrator.
