HireAra Product Specific Terms

These Product Specific Terms are supplementary to the Core Terms and apply where You buy HireAra from Us. HireAra.ai is a cloud-based platform that provides CV-formatting services to the recruitment sector (the HireAra Platform). They form part of the Agreement. Where a capitalised word is used in these terms but is not defined here, it has the meaning given to it in the Core Terms.

1. Third-party access

1.1 When using the HireAra Platform, You can share aspects of the platform with third parties and give them access to view and edit documents (for example, client and candidate portals).

1.2 You remain fully responsible for all third-party use of the HireAra Platform accessed through Your account.

2. Usage and credits

2.1 Use of the HireAra Platform may be subject to usage limits or credit systems as set out in the applicable package, Order or confirmation email.

2.2 We may charge for additional usage or credits at the prevailing rate per credit where You exceed Your annual quotas. Such charges accumulate and are added to the following year's subscription payment.

3. Implementation

3.1 The HireAra Platform uses an online self-service sign-up and implementation process. No professional implementation services are included unless separately specified in an Order.
