CPL Licensing Product Specific Terms

These Product Specific Terms are supplementary to the Core Terms and apply to CPL licensing (but not SaaS). They form part of the Agreement. Where a capitalised word is used in these terms but is not defined here, it has the meaning given to it in the Core Terms.

1. Definitions

Exam Conditions — the exam conditions at the link in Your Order, as We may change them from time to time.

Exam System Requirements — the requirements at the link in Your Order, as We may change them from time to time.

ID Requirements — the requirements at the link in Your Order, as We may change them from time to time.

Live Invigilation Policy — the policy at the link in Your Order, as We may change it from time to time.

2. Terms

2.1 These terms apply to CPL licensing, but not to SaaS.

2.2 For the course content provided under the relevant Order(s), We agree, for the Licence Term, to use reasonable endeavours to ensure the course content is of satisfactory quality and complies with the relevant laws it describes itself as complying with (if any).

2.3 Fees apply for cancellations and/or delays for CPL Licensing online exams are as set out in the Cancellation Policy.

2.4 You agree and acknowledge that the Live Invigilation Policy, Exam System Requirements, ID Requirements and Exam Conditions apply.
