CaaS Product Specific Terms

These Product Specific Terms are supplementary to the Core Terms and apply where You buy CaaS (Content as a Service) from Us. They form part of the Agreement. Where a capitalised word is used in these terms but is not defined here, it has the meaning given to it in the Core Terms.

1. Your right to use the CaaS

1.1 Once You have paid the Fees for the CaaS in full (on the terms set out in Your Order), We grant You a non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable right to use the CaaS, with no right to grant sub-licences. That right starts when We provide the CaaS and continues for the Licence Term.

1.2 We will supply the CaaS in accordance with the CaaS Content Maintenance Statement.
