Two levels: Base Fee plus Power User
Evo Everywhere is Access Evo's core AI package. Every user gets the Base Fee level as standard. Named users who need the full agentic AI experience can be given the Power User licence, priced separately at a flat monthly rate.
Fair use, made simple
Both levels of Evo Everywhere are designed for normal, everyday business use, and for the vast majority of users, there's no limit that will ever come into play. Usage is treated as effectively unlimited for normal business operations by named individual users.
A small set of guardrails exist to keep the platform fast and reliable for everyone, and to make sure the service isn't used for automated or bulk activity it wasn't designed for. If your usage ever runs materially outside normal patterns, we'll let you know, work with you on the right capacity for your team, and won't bill retrospectively without agreeing that with you first.
Pricing FAQs
Do I need the Power User level for everyone in my organisation?
No. The Base Fee level is included as part of your Evo Everywhere Base Fee, it isn't a separate free tier, it's what your Base Fee already covers for every user. Power User is a separate licence for named users, so you only add it for the people who need the full agentic AI capability. A minimum of 1 Power User licence is required per organisation.
How is the Evo Everywhere Base Fee calculated?
The Base Fee is charged as a percentage of your existing Access subscription value, agreed in your contract. It isn't a separate standalone invoice, it appears as part of your existing subscription cost. Your account team can confirm your specific rate.
Can Base Fee and Power User users sit in the same organisation?
Yes. Every user has the Base Fee level by default. You add the Power User licence for named individuals as they need it, there's no requirement to move everyone across at once.
Is there a minimum contract term?
Power User is sold on an annual contract, per named user. The Base Fee runs alongside the term of your existing Access subscription.
Is pricing available in currencies other than GBP?
Pricing shown on this page is in GBP, £45 per user per month for Power User. This is our base currency. For customers billed outside the UK, this converts to your local currency at the prevailing exchange rate, confirmed as part of your contract.
