London Borough of Newham use the SProc.Net portal for their Services for Children and Young People with SEND category. This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS), allowing any provider who meets the criteria to offer their services to London Borough of Newham.

The DPS will enable commissioners and providers, along with children, young people and their families, to co-produce outcomes, and be jointly responsible for their delivery, which in turn encourages partnership working and more cohesive relationships. This should ensure the improved delivery of services which are designed around the needs of children and young people and their families so that they receive the right services, from the right agency at the right time. The principles of personalisation will be embedded within contracts and the framework should enable Newham to facilitate greater choice, flexibility and personalisation for children and young people using services as well as drive improvements in quality in the market.
