The aim of Access Voices is to identify these potential advocates and to put in place the tools and processes to nurture these relationships, enabling our happy customers to share their Access story in as many ways as is right for them amplifying the voice of our customers at every opportunity.

How we describe Access Voices to our customers

We are passionate about putting our customers at the heart of everything we do. Our brand promise is Freedom to do more and we know that while that looks different across our customer base and products, the ability to help our customers achieve more of what’s important to them is what sets us apart from our competitors.

Access Voices, our holistic approach to advocacy at Access, is our way of helping our customers promote and celebrate the success they have found using our software. We give each Advocate that signs up for the programme access to exclusive opportunities to showcase their outcomes and provide them with support and tools to share their story.
