Access Voices Champions

Access Voices is our Group program, but we know that each division will have its own nuances and considerations when working with Advocates – that's why Advocacy Champions play a central role in our program set up.

Role breakdown

Our Advocacy Champions will sit across our key functions in each division and help us tailor and execute our advocacy strategy using the tools and framework provided by the central advocacy team.

While the role of the Champions is vital to the success of the programme, we know how busy everyone is - so we’ve tried to keep the requirements as light touch as possible. We ask that Champions attend one meeting per month, using that opportunity to share any updates from within the division, and take away any information or actions from the session to cascade as appropriate within their division.

We are asking for at least one Champion per division from both marketing and CS, but as every division is different, we welcome multiple champions for each division as appropriate and may invite other functional champions as the programme progresses.

Monthly meeting framework

In each divisional monthly meeting, we’ll run through a set agenda to ensure that we are aligned across the various functions and making the most of our advocacy opportunities.

The outline agenda will be:

• Any actions/updates from central programme
• Any new content published in the last month – added to the library?
• Case studies/opportunities in progress
• New recommendations – any big-name customers or outcomes that require action
• Gap requests/New opportunities – Opportunity published or recruitment action needed?
• Upcoming Access to Access content or events – actions or support needed?
• AOB
