Access Group and Customer Arvato Financial Solutions Shortlisted for Personnel Today Technology Award
The Access Group and Customer Arvato has been shortlisted by The Personnel Today Awards 2021 for the Access Applause employee recognition app.
The Access Group has been shortlisted by The Personnel Today Awards 2021 in the HR Technology category. Named in partnership with Arvato Financial Solutions, a customer of Access People, the nomination is for Access Applause employee recognition app.

Apart from ad-hoc awards ceremonies at social events, Arvato did not have a company-wide mechanism for boosting employee recognition and motivation. Having implemented Access Applause in September 2020, Arvato was quickly able to build a stronger recognition culture and boost staff morale during long periods of working from home during Covid.
