In addition, we are introducing some optional new services that will improve your Year End and Auto-Enrolment experience on People XD Payroll. A webinar will take place on Tuesday 11 November during which our Legislative Product Manager will provide an overview of the Irish year-end changes. Year End training and consultancy options

  • Access to a training video with a step-by-step guide to processing your IRL year end on XDPayroll
  • This does not include training around Auto-Enrolment

  • Online Refresher training workshop with a Senior XD Payroll Consultant. This interactive session will include a live demonstration of the full Year End process
  • Attendees will have the ability to interact directly with a payroll expert for Q&A

Auto-Enrolment Services

Auto-enrolment is a new retirement savings scheme for employees who do not already have a workplace pension scheme or an additional pension arrangement. It is launching on 1st January 2026.

It will ensure that employees are looked after in retirement without a need for you to set up an occupational pension scheme.
