Using Access FlexPoints is simple
Just log in to your Customer Success Portal and select the services you need.
- Browse and read about the many services available
- See your FlexPoints balance and how many points each service requires
- Redeem your FlexPoints to order any service you need
FlexPoints can be purchased at any time as a separate contract to your software. You can purchase FlexPoints annually, for a minimum term of 3 years. Up to 30% of your points can be brought forward during the first two years of a 3-year contract.
