In development: What’s new?
We’re rolling out a range of updates designed to improve learning management, enhance user experience, and give admins more control. From a new ‘Check-In’ tab for managers to Finder improvements and compliance tracking, these updates will make it easier to manage learning, personalise the platform, and gain deeper insights. Here’s what’s coming by the end of this quarter.

Approval by team leader
Admins can empower designated Team Leaders to approve content, enabling a more tailored and efficient approval process.

Back by popular demand! Breadcrumbs are returning to the Admin pages, making navigation easier than ever. You asked, and we listened.

People Analytics for PXD

We’re continuing to refine Access LMS Evo, introducing smarter tools, deeper analytics, and more automation to simplify learning management. With an updated Events module, AI-powered discovery, and new integrations, these improvements will help you get more from the platform.
While plans may evolve based on feedback, here’s what we’re working towards for release by September 2025.

The 'Events' module will see a significant change in both design and functionality.

Finder Revamp
Finder will be redesigned and reimagined, with a new layout and exciting features.

Automations
Our new Automations tool will unlock new ways to reduce manual processes for Admins.

Learn Paths
Will enable grouping multiple Courses into a continuous Learning Path.

Applause
If you have Applause, you will be able to Applause everyone in your team who is 100% compliant as well as individuals from within your team. You will do this via the Check In tab.

New CPD Page
Brand new page for CPD, redesigned and reimagined.

Content Blocks for Courses
Introducing new content blocks: ‘Topics’ and ‘Lessons’.

Embedded CoPilot in Finder
Will replace traditional Search with the power of CoPilot directly from Finder.

Looking ahead, we’re exploring new ways to enhance Access LMS Evo through AI, expanded integrations, and personalised learning experiences. These early-stage concepts will continue to evolve based on customer feedback and development priorities. Here’s a glimpse of what’s on our radar beyond September 2025.

Will enable you to add your CPD reflective statement using Teams or WhatsApp.

Managers will be able to see their team's reflections in the new ‘Check In’ tab.

We’ve already introduced key improvements to enhance navigation, feedback, analytics, and admin controls. From a better Finder experience to new insights and management tools, these updates are making Access LMS Evo more intuitive and powerful. Here’s what’s been delivered so far in 2025.

Resources in Finder
Resources are now available in Finder, including customised Wiki pages, FAQs, and Q&A. Admins can continue editing these pages from the existing menu, with access via the 'Resources' tab in Finder.

Regimes
The new 'Regimes' tab in Learner profiles will display Certification Management and Senior Management Regimes with a clearer, improved design.

'Check-In' tab for Managers
The new 'Check-In' tab will give managers a central view of their team's learning progress, compliance activities, and learning patterns. They can also send Applause and recommend additional training.

Content Ratings
The look and feel of content ratings has been refreshed to enhance the learner experience. Learners can now rate the full course at the end, with no interruptions after each module, ensuring more focused and relevant feedback.

Learner Insights
The Learner insights tab will be added to the new 'Portrait' area where learners can get better insights into their learning patterns with key insights such as preferred way to learn, their favourite topics and much more.

Themes for Admins
Admins can now select a theme that best suits their personal preferences. Select from the available options: Genesis, Tranquil or Daybreak.

Compliance Ambition
The Admin homepage now includes a new ambition: Compliance. It features a Compliance Score to track compliance status and introduces two new KPIs: Compliance at Risk and Compliance Focus.

Finder Editor
With the new Finder Editor, Admins can edit Finder and create custom categories and subcategories. It replaces the Catalogues and Library functionality, making it easier to build and manage a tailored learning experience.
