Our new Automations tool streamlines workflows, helping admins reduce manual tasks and save valuable time.

Optimised Finder Search and Redesign 

An improved Finder experience will support learners in the discovery of content through improved search functionality and  a fresh new look.

Customisable Footer

Personalise the LMS experience with a configurable footer that replaces the static quote with dynamic, branded content. Tailor messaging, links, and styling to reflect your organisation and deliver relevant resources to your learners.

Improved Managers Experience 

Quickly understand your next steps, assign training, and book events seamlessly.

Create and manage events more efficiently with a redesigned setup experience and simplified workflows. Built to reduce admin and make event coordination smoother for organisers and attendees.

Consistent Compliance Statistics 

We will be revising our LMS compliance scores to bring consistency across the LMS and Evo Compliance app.

Enhance Mobile Experience 

Deliver responsive web mobile experience for LMS, release the non-Evo mobile application, and update the existing mobile app.

Completing the Manager Transformation 

Update the Approvals, Team Activity Log and Reporting pages within the Check In area, so that they match the modern look and feel of the rest of the Manager experience. 

Redesign Content Management Experience 

Discover a new way to view, manage, and create content through intuitive dashboards and streamlined workflows.

Portrait Enhancements

With smarter filtering, clearer naming, and respectful progress-based messaging, the enhanced Portrait experience helps learners manage their time and training more effectively.

Upgrade Admin Experience 

Streamline the admin experience by modernising key pages, including CPD Management, Users, Organisations and Units.

Redesign Reporting Experience  

Modernising the reporting experience to better support data-driven decisions.

Keep calendars in sync with Outlook integration for Events. This enhancement helps prevent scheduling conflicts and streamlines coordination across teams and sessions.

Modernise Learner Course Experience 

Improving the learner course experience with clearer outcomes, visual enhancements, and more user-friendly navigation.

Content Translations 

Enjoy multilingual support across our off-the-shelf eLearning content, making learning accessible to everyone.

Extended Visibility Options for Finder 

By bringing the visibility tab to Finder Editor, admins will be able to restrict the visibility of particular categories in Finder to specific audiences, namely by Person Categories and individual users.

All Organisation Belts 

Super Admins can now create belts to apply to all organisations in a single action, making it easier to customise the homepage and manage belts at scale.
