By bringing the visibility tab to the Homepage Designer, admins will be able to tailor content and learning campaigns to the specific audiences, including Teams, Person Category Groups and individual users.

Automations

Create and manage events more efficiently with a redesigned setup experience and simplified workflows. Built to reduce admin and make event coordination smoother for organisers and attendees.
Events Outlook Integration
Keep calendars in sync with Outlook integration for Events. This enhancement helps prevent scheduling conflicts and streamlines coordination across teams and sessions.
Customisable Footer
Personalise the LMS experience with a configurable footer that replaces the static quote with dynamic, branded content. Tailor messaging, links, and styling to reflect your organisation and deliver relevant resources to your learners.
Portrait Enhancements
With smarter filtering, clearer naming, and respectful progress-based messaging, the enhanced Portrait experience helps learners manage their time and training more effectively.

Second-level Sub-categories in Finder Editor
A second-level of sub-categories can now be created in Finder editor, providing more flexibility and hierarchy to the curation of the Finder experience for your learners.
All Organisation Belts
Super Admins can now create belts to apply to all organisations in a single action, making it easier to customise the homepage and manage belts at scale.
Compact View
Compact View simplifies the LMS with many small organisations, streamlining admin tasks and giving learners a clear, focused path to training completion.
Applause Integration
If you have Applause, you will be able to Applause everyone in your team who is 100% compliant as well as individuals from within your team. You will do this via the Check In tab.
