Will my current URL still work?
Your current URL will still work with the new updates automatically applied, ensuring learners can still access it if they have it bookmarked.
Will learners be able to download content?
Downloads are no longer available, but learners can continue their learning journey effortlessly from anywhere without needing to log in. Content is fully accessible through the online reader or browser streaming, allowing learners to pick up exactly where they left off - whether it’s an eBook, audio session, or classroom.
Will learning still be anonymous?
Yes. Learners enjoy loginless access for privacy, while their individual learning history remains completely invisible to administrators.
What kind of content can I expect from the new Bookboon?
The new Access Bookboon gives you even more ways to learn! You’ll continue to have access to our high-quality German and Dutch titles, while we’re expanding our library with fresh English content - including engaging video-led lessons, bite-sized Nanos, eBooks, and audiobooks. This mix ensures you have a broad range of dynamic, fun, and accessible learning experiences at your fingertips.
Will I still receive curated content newsletters?
Yes – monthly. Whilst these newsletters are no longer customised on demand by your CSM, they are expertly curated by the Bookboon content team. Each edition features trending topics, popular content, and highlights of new assets in the library. This approach ensures all customers receive timely, relevant learning materials whilst also streamlining our content delivery process and unburdening your HR team from time-consuming content curation tasks.
Will the content library be refreshed and how often will the platform be updated?
Yes! The digital library will be refreshed and enhanced with a wider variety of content types, including videos, nano-learning modules, and other interactive formats. The updated platform will feature fresh, engaging materials designed to make learning more flexible, enjoyable, and impactful.
