Real-time visibility
These 2-way integrations will save staff time, reduce lost revenue, and minimise billing errors by providing spa, wellness and leisure receptionists with clear real-time visibility of residents per room so they can charge to a guest’s room or non-resident account; and by providing the guest with a clear breakdown of charges upon check out. Additionally, accountants will also have access to spa, wellness and leisure financials directly from the PMS end of day.
Increased focus on wellness and mental health
