What were your hobbies when you were younger? Do you still do them now?
Gymnastics I lived breathed, and dreamed it. I can still do some of it, but it hurts now.
Who do you consider to be your role model or role models?
Orla Brady – Chief of Staff. Orla is someone that elevates others, celebrates their successes, clears obstacles and believes in you on good & bad days.
What was your dream job when you were a child?
I had lots of dream jobs. Olympian Gymnast, working in a sweet shop, personal trainer, Professional Dancer, Teacher.
What’s been the highlight of your last month’s work?
Working with amazing Access people each and every day, seeing people's passion and dedication on how we continually develop our people and our company.
What brought you to Access? What role did you start in?
I started as a Learning Partner in the Central Employee Success Team. I was instantly attracted to the pace and inspiring culture.
What would you like to see change in your industry in the next five years?
Continuing to support our customers to have the ‘Freedom to more’ of what’s important to them.
