38 students graduated from leading universities across Malaysia, including UTAR, Sunway University, Taylor’s University, INTI University and UNITAR. Ten graduates joined the six-month Product & Engineering Academy, where they developed AI-driven technical expertise alongside practical engineering skills.
Meanwhile, twenty-eight graduates enrolled in the three-month GTS (Global Technology Services) Academy through the K-Youth Academy, a government youth employability initiative, gaining hands-on experience to build a strong foundation for future careers in tech.

The Graduate Academy is the Group’s flagship early careers initiative, designed to fast-track graduates into impactful roles across engineering and technology teams. From day one, graduates are immersed in the Access culture, gaining real-world experience with the company’s systems, collaborating with talented teams and learning the ways of working that drive a global tech leader.
After completion, graduates from the P&E Academy will transition into full-time junior engineer roles, contributing to the development of products for Access customers.
Product & Engineering Academy Highlights
The Product & Engineering Academy develops full-stack junior software developers through a blend of theoretical and practical learning. Key focus areas include software development, quality assurance, security and the innovative use of AI technologies.
Fong Jun Yang, Graduate Software Engineer, shared:
“For me, the Academy was the perfect launchpad to grow as a software engineer. It offered a great mix of theory and hands-on experience, which helped me build confidence and apply what I learned directly in my day-to-day work. The practical exposure really made a difference in how I approach challenges and contribute to the team.”
GTS Academy Highlights
The GTS Academy equips participants with the skills to become self-sufficient technology specialists. Over three months, they gain practical experience and build a solid professional foundation through structured learning in IT systems, data security and collaborative tools - preparing them to thrive in a fast-evolving tech landscape.
