Are companies billed annually for Access Coins Evo?
We offer annual, quarterly and monthly billing. The majority of our customers choose annual or quarterly billing. Your billing cycle is agreed during the quoting process and can be adjusted at renewal to match your cash flow requirements.
Are implementation costs included in the license price?
Implementation costs are separate from licence costs. Your first contract covers implementation costs, with a standard 3-year initial term and flexible renewal options. This means your implementation investment is spread across the initial term rather than requiring a large upfront payment.
Are support costs included in the license price?
Standard support is included with the licence price. This includes online and telephone case submissions with a 1-hour response window for high-priority cases.
Access Construction also offers a Premier Customer Success Plan at an additional cost. Premier CSP customers have designated contacts, online and telephone support with extended hours, regular review meetings and access to a lead technical support engineer.
Can businesses phase in modules over time?
Yes. Phasing in modules is common and often recommended for larger implementations. All customers receive a standard set of core ERP functionality, then they can scale to include additional modules as their needs grow.
This is particularly useful for Australian contractors expanding into new project types or compliance areas.

Yes. The standard contract is a 3-year initial term, followed by renewal periods of either 12 months or a further 3 years. Multi-year terms provide pricing stability and ensure continuity of support and development access.
