Access Workspace HomeWork is designed to be exceptionally straightforward for your remote-working staff to use, giving them the connections, information and support they need without adding to their workload.

Screens are uncluttered, navigation straightforward and required actions are clearly signposted. Your employees are encouraged by the intuitive user experience to check in, report and update promptly, and to access and share information freely across your team.

You in turn have complete visibility of individuals’ activity and results, a clear picture of timesheets and absence, and an open communications channel to everyone.

Go live in just two days

Deployment of Access Workspace HomeWork is hosted by Access, requiring only basic data provision by you – normally just employee and manager details, job roles and email addresses. Data is imported from either an existing Access solution or a simple data template. We do the rest. Once all employees have been migrated, you are live. The entire process is completed within a single working day.

This is followed by a half-day remote training session and employee rollout, covering user management and noticeboard/worksite setup, with training material available on demand. You can in addition request extra hours or days of Concierge support.

In common with all Access software, our focus is on the smoothest possible implementation with minimal involvement or disruption on your side and supported by our experts every step of the way.
