Webroster.Net Browser Policy

We want our customers to have a positive, easy and productive experience. So, where possible, we make use of new capabilities of the most up to date browsers. This also ensures that our products are as secure as possible and perform as they should.

We therefore support the three most recent versions of the following browsers on a rolling basis:

  • Firefox
  • Chrome
  • Edge

This means that each time a new version of the browser is released, we will begin supporting that version in the next release of Webroster.net and stop supporting the fourth most recent version. If a browser manufacturer (Eg: Microsoft) stops supporting certain versions of their product then Webroster.net will do the same.

This ensures that we can offer you the most reliable software with peace of mind that it is fully supported.

Please note that as of Autumn 2019 we have withdrawn support for Internet Explorer.

We, therefore, support the three most recent versions of the following operating systems on a rolling basis:

  • Android
  • IOS

This means that each time a new version of the operating system is released, we will begin supporting that version in the next release of the app and stop supporting the fourth most recent version. If an operator (Eg: Android) stops supporting certain versions of their product then Webroster.net will do the same.
