Can I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

There is a wide range of additional modules and features available to expand your Access Financials solution, these can be added at any point during your contract term. It is possible to downgrade some modules if these are purchased in addition to the core packages, and are subject to your contract T&Cs.

What if I don't need all of the functionality?

Access Financials is a highly configurable software solution our starting prices are based on the most popular packages, however our expert sales teams will help guide you to the most suitable package for your business needs so you can get the best out of all the features.

What is involved in the set-up and onboarding, are there any additional fees?

All our FlightPath services have been designed to be remote-first, providing you with an improved low-risk implementation journey, no matter how your organisation is structured or wherever your employees are working. This means we can offer a fixed outcome service and cost, however we recognise not every business is the same, we also offer bespoke services to support the implementation of your system.

Is support included?

We don’t have a one size fits all approach to your success. We offer three plans to suit your support needs: Essential, Standard and Premier.

Are data backups and system updates included?

Yes, your data is encrypted at rest and hosted on our AU based data centre, backups are taken every 15 minutes. Access Financials is cloud based and updates are automatically applied meaning you are always on the latest version.

Are these your only packages?

No, we have a wide range of additional solutions that will compliment your finance system, such as Payroll and in addition we can tailor your solution to your specific business with our industry designed finance solutions. Speak to a specialist and discuss your requirements.

What else do I need to consider when looking at accounting software costs?
