We kick off with a discussion and overview session to understand your business needs and confirm all pre-requisites are in place before we begin configuration.
Connection
Our consultants will check and establish your Cloud Connector to ensure a seamless and secure data connection between Evo and Access Collect.
Configuration
We'll configure Evo Members with Collect role assignments, ensure collectors are set up in Evo, configure email templates, notification types, aging bands, and upload your company logo.
Training & walk-through
Comprehensive hands-on training covering the data connection, dashboard navigation, invoice follow-up management, client management and collector assignment, communication history, and how-to guides.
Follow-up session – 1 month check-in
A 30-minute follow-up session one month after onboarding to review progress, address any questions, and ensure your team is getting the most out of Access Collect.
