Welcome call​

We kick off with a discussion and overview session to understand your business needs and confirm all pre-requisites are in place before we begin configuration.​

Connection​

Our consultants will check and establish your Cloud Connector to ensure a seamless and secure data connection between Evo and Access Collect.​ ​

Configuration

We'll configure Evo Members with Collect role assignments, ensure collectors are set up in Evo, configure email templates, notification types, aging bands, and upload your company logo.​ ​

Training & walk-through​

Comprehensive hands-on training covering the data connection, dashboard navigation, invoice follow-up management, client management and collector assignment, communication history, and how-to guides.​

Follow-up session – 1 month check-in​

A 30-minute follow-up session one month after onboarding to review progress, address any questions, and ensure your team is getting the most out of Access Collect.​

  • Attache' Version 25
  • Active Access Evo Standard subscription
  • Access Evo Onboarding must be completed
  • Access Evo Discovery training (for equivalent knowledge) completed

  • Importing prior debt collection history from other packages
  • Attache training and setups
