How did you recognise that The Access Group was the right environment to start building your career?
The people that I worked with are very knowledgeable and know what they are doing, I find myself learning more than the scope of my role in a good way. That’s when I realised this is that kind of environment to move forward to my eventual goal.
hat role did supportive management play in shaping your confidence and early success?
Having a lead that trusted me with responsibility, even when I have no prior experience in certain areas has became a learning experience for me. That trust made it easier to be more vocal and take initiative and their recognition and feedback build my confidence and early success.

How important is psychological safety, being able to ask questions and be yourself, when starting a new job?
Feeling safe to ask any questions is incredibly important to me in my early career and that is something that I really appreciate when my manager says, “there is no stupid question”, just ask! That’s when you start to learn and get to know the context which gets me involved in projects.
What advice would you give to graduates who are unsure how to find a company “full of opportunities”?
Be genuine and humble when you put yourself out there though you might not land on the role you want, but the experience stays with you forever and the opportunities await.

How do you balance embracing new technologies like AI while understanding the value of human connection in your work?
I see AI as a powerful enabler, but certainly not a replacement. It is great at doing a lot of mundane tasks and automating processes that allow me to free up some time to work on something else. I still believe that human connections can't be replaced when it comes to certain things like stakeholder engagement or customer complaints, for example, as it is nice to have a genuine human conversation rather than chatting with a bot.
Looking back, what mindset or habits helped you evolve from an intern to a recognised high‑performing professional?
I think what helped me was staying observant and intention to learn. I didn't just focus on what other people were doing but rather how they were doing it.
