The Access Group acquires Definitiv
Sydney, AUSTRALIA – Tuesday, 24 August 2021: The Access Group ("Access") today announced that it has acquired Definitiv, a modern, cloud native and mobile people management and payroll platform, designed to address the needs of medium to large enterprises who are looking to take the complexity out of payroll and workforce management.
By acquiring Definitiv, The Access Group extends its reach to provide people management and payroll solutions for businesses of all sizes across all industries, further advancing the company’s position as a leading supplier in this category in the Asia Pacific region.
Launched in October 2016, Definitiv has grown rapidly to a strong customer base of 350 contracted entities across 27 industries. As one of only a handful of native cloud SaaS payroll players serving the Western Australian and national market, this acquisition will further strengthen Access in Australia.
