HandiSoft customers will soon receive a free trial of HandiSoft Evo Standard Plan with the opportunity to purchase the Standard Plan at the end of the free trial or with your renewal. By default, all customers will receive the Base Plan when renewing HandiSoft this year.

An intuitive chat-based interface to your underlying products, powered by Microsoft Open AI and privately hosted by Access to keep your data safe and secure. It’s your digital assistant delivering what you need while you work.

Copilot AI includes:

Document skill: Store internal practice documents in Collaborate to help users find what they’re looking for in seconds with AI capabilities in a secure way.

Analytics skill: Ask questions of your client and tax connected data. For example - “provide a list of clients who have rental properties with deductions less than $50,000” or “provide a list of companies with ultimate holding company located overseas”.

ATO skill*: The ATO website skill allows users to ask questions from within the product and on mobile via the mobile app.

Fair Work skill*: Fair Work website skill is also available for users to ask questions from within the Evo environment.

Ask Access skill: Ask questions of Access CX – this is coming soon to Evo.
