As COVID-19 (coronavirus) continues to impact the global community, we have taken steps to ensure business continuity for our organisation and, of course, our customers.
Based on guidance from the Department of Health (AU) and Ministry of Health (NZ) and World Health Organisation, we have augmented our already robust Business Continuity Plan with specific steps relating to COVID-19 – to ensure that the performance and support of our products will not be impacted.
Our teams are working together to ensure that all business processes and dependencies (including key suppliers) are included in our plans so that any emerging challenges can be managed. If you have a product/solution that is hosted by Attaché, you can rest assured that none of the services will be impacted by the effects of the coronavirus.
It goes without saying that, in the current environment, the health and safety of our employees, customers, and partners are paramount, and we will continue to provide assistance and guidance for our staff while ensuring that our customers can continue business as usual wherever possible.
Sydney Australia, Wednesday, 2 June 2021: The Access Group (“Access”) today announced that it has completed the acquisition of Sage Group’s local businesses in Australia and Asia. The acquisition includes the company’s Australian HandiSoft accounting and MicrOpay and WageEasy compliant payroll solutions, together with the EasyPay payroll solution in Singapore and UBS accounting software in Malaysia.
Today’s announcement continues the company’s focus on the Asia Pacific region as a centre of growth. Following this latest acquisition and the recent purchases of Attaché and Unleashed in the APAC region, Access has strengthened its global market presence and now serves 71,000 customers world-wide.

Access Collins makes venue management easier as businesses look to boost efficiencies after the impact of COVID-19.
Sydney, Australia, 9 March 2021 – The Access Group ANZ, a leading business solutions and software provider, is launching its first hospitality software solution, Access Collins, into the local market. The Access Group today announced the acquisition of Abintegro Limited, a privately-owned London headquartered company known for its career development and digital learning technologies. The Abintegro platform has 500,000 users primarily across the UK, Australia and New Zealand; enabling academic institutions and employers to make a measurable impact on the career development of their students and people, and HR services consultancies to support people who are returning to the workforce or seeking a new career path.
The Access Group today announced the acquisition of Unleashed, a New Zealand headquartered organisation offering best practice inventory management software for the manufacturing, wholesale and distribution markets across Australasia, the UK, US and EMEA. The acquisition is currently going through all the necessary regulatory approvals and this process is expected to complete successfully in the coming weeks.
