Release Update v05
Release Date: 10 February 2026
What’s New
Enhanced date-based Kanban views for jobs
We are introducing a new date-based Kanban view that automatically organises jobs into fixed time-period columns based on active task deadlines, while retaining status visibility through visual indicators on each card. This gives teams an at-a-glance timeline of their work without losing sight of progress.
Jobs are grouped into fixed time-period columns according to the earliest active (not Done) task due date.
Priority jobs view
- Overdue: Shows all jobs with active tasks past their due date
- Due Today: Immediate visibility on what needs attention today
- Due Tomorrow: Immediate visibility on what needs attention by tomorrow
- Due This Week: Shows jobs due between day after tomorrow and end of current week (Sunday). Excludes Today and Tomorrow jobs to avoid duplication.
- Due Next Week: Includes jobs due between next week Monday and Sunday. Excludes Today and Tomorrow to avoid duplication.
Future jobs view
- Due This Month: All jobs that are due this month.
- Due Next Month: All jobs that are due next month.
- Due Later: All jobs with due dates in months after next.
Jobs automatically move between columns when tasks are completed, due dates change
User benefits
- At-a-glance deadline visibility – Immediately see workload distribution across today, tomorrow, this week, next week, and future periods.
- Improved capacity planning – Quickly identify overloaded time periods and reassign work or adjust priorities accordingly.

Release Update v03
Enhancements and Fixes
Secure File Share Button Placement: Resolved an issue where the secure file share button appeared below the email signature, making it less visible to recipients.
The button is now positioned above the client signature and below the email body, improving visibility and usability.
Bulk Update of Client Properties: Fixed an issue where the gender field was not selectable during bulk updates. As part of this update, we have removed the ability to bulk update sensitive data fields, including Tax File Number (TFN), Australian Business Number (ABN), Australian Company Number (ACN), Bank Details
Client Creation Enhancements: Added an optional ABN field for Individual and Sole Trader client types during new client creation, allowing for more flexible data entry. Individual and Sole Traders with ABN fields will now also be available in Access Ledger as well should financial reports be required for the client.
Shared Email Improvements: Previously, when a workspace used a shared email address, Doc Signing notifications were sent from a generic "no-reply" domain.
Now, if a shared inbox is configured, Doc Signing notifications will be sent from that shared email address, ensuring:
Email Archiving Preferences: Introduced a new optional setting that allows users to choose whether client emails should be automatically moved to the Outlook archive folder upon task completion. This provides flexibility to accommodate different email management preferences.
Saved View Column Sorting: Deployed a fix to ensure column sorting is retained when a saved view is loaded, improving consistency in data presentation.
Client List Task Count: Fixed an issue where the Open Task count on the Client List page was not displaying correctly.
Evo Button Feed: Introduced customisation options to manage which notifications appear in your feed.
Client List Filters and Saved Views: Enhancements made to the way the Client list can be filtered and saved as views. Continue to easily filter and then add it as a saved view to and select whenever you need it.
