What does Access Fonn include?

Access Fonn is a construction site management platform that streamlines the full field‑level workflow of a project, including:

Access Fonn is available as a mobile app (iOS and Android) and a desktop application for office-based teams.  

How long does Access Fonn implementation take?

Access Fonn goes live in 7 working days.  

  • Day 1 covers account setup and project import.  
  • Days 1–3 cover drawing upload and configuration to your project types.  
  • Days 3–5 cover site manager onboarding - typically 2 hours to full competency.  
  • By day 7, your first site is documenting in real time. 

There’s no large IT project, no change management program, and no dedicated administrator required.  

If your site team can use a phone camera, they can use Fonn. 

Can we migrate our existing project data into Access Fonn?

Yes. Your existing drawings, project structures, and documentation can be imported into Fonn as part of onboarding.  

For customers also using Access Coins Evo, projects created in Coins Evo automatically appear in Fonn - no duplicate setup required.  

Our onboarding team will work through your existing data with you during the 7-day go-live process. 

Does Access Fonn integrate with other software?

Access Fonn includes an open public API for easy integrations with popular project management, document management and accounting tools.

How does Access Fonn support OSHA compliance and Davis-Bacon payroll requirements?

Access Fonn captures compliance evidence as work happens in the field, helping contractors maintain a complete, traceable record of decisions and workmanship for OSHA inspections, prevailing wage documentation, and project closeout.

  • Davis-Bacon certified payroll support through geo-fenced timesheets and site attendance records, creating a verifiable audit trail for federally funded projects

  • Automatic compilation of inspection and compliance reports, turning field-submitted evidence into compliant documentation with no manual admin 

How is Access Fonn priced?

Access Fonn is priced as a flat annual fee - not per user, per subcontractor, or per project. Every subcontractor and trade worker on every project is included at no extra cost.  

All Access Fonn packages include document and drawing management, punch list management, task management, reporting and Scope of Works/WBS. Additional modules are then included at extra cost.

Do we need to train our site workers to use Access Fonn?

No formal training program is required. Access Fonn is designed to work like the apps site workers already use - its interface follows the same patterns as familiar consumer apps on their phones.  

Most site managers are competent users within 2 hours.
