Document Attachment (Receipt and Payment)

• The functionality for Document Attachment has been improved to encompass Receipt and Payment transactions. This enhancement aims to assist our users stay organized, improve efficiency, and achieve better productivity and so forth. Furthermore, it ensures easy access and seamless retrieval of information from your records whenever the need arises, facilitating ease of use.

Document Attachment – Batch Unlink Option

• The Document Attachment feature has been upgraded to allow users to efficiently detach multiple attachments at once, enhancing their workflow. This enhancement streamlines user tasks, making it easier to manage attachments and improving overall productivity.

  iAssist offers greater visibility of the document journey within the transaction cycle. With this feature, users can easily track the progress of documents, gain insights into where they are in the transaction cycle and make more informed decisions. This enhances transparency and efficiency, enabling users to manage their tasks more effectively and with greater confidence.

Accounting, Inventory & Billing

• Singapore New GST Tax Rate
  The Singapore Minister for Finance announced in the Budget 2022, that GST rate will be increased from 8% to 9% with effect from 1 Jan 2024. Adopting this legislative update, a list of new tax codes is made available in Access UBS Accounting, and Inventory &
  Billing.
• Drag and Drop Master Code to create transaction
  You can now drag and drop master code to create Sales and Purchase transaction from dashboard.
  
  The capability of Drag-and-Drop Master Code to Create Transaction feature streamlines the transaction creation process by introducing an intuitive and efficient method. This functionality empowers users to effortlessly generate transactions by employing a drag-and-drop interface for the master code. By simplifying the workflow, it enhances user experience, reduces the time needed for transaction creation, and contributes to overall system efficiency. The feature is designed to provide a seamless and user-friendly approach to transaction management within the system.

  The “View Previous Year Data” capability hold significant importance as it allows users to easily access and view data from preceding year within the system. By providing a convenient and efficient way to navigate and retrieve previous year data, this feature contributes to a more comprehensive and insightful data analysis process.

  In order to enable you to view the attachments within your system, you are required to link the Accounting folder for accessing the previous year Inventory & Billing data. The same procedure applies to access previous year Accounting data.

  Resolved issues to provide a more stable, reliable and efficient user experience. By prioritizing bug fixes. We aim to increase customer satisfaction, build trust, and establish a strong foundation for future development and updates.

• New feature enables users to set the default bill age period (from 0 to 11) for incoming payments

• The reference number field length has been increased from 8 to 24 characters.

View credit limit when generating sales invoices

• Display customers credit limit and current outstanding sales amount to check if the credit limit has been exceeded.
• Check previous selling prices when generating sales invoices.
• Display cost price, last 3 selling price and date for each product item.

Relink GRNs and POs

• New feature to unlink PO to GRN to supplier invoice so that these sales
  documents can be reused if either one of them needs to be replaced.

Other improvements

• Windows 11 compatibility.
• Improved terminology on Purchase Invoice and added bubble icons to provide a clear explanation.
• Improved dialogue box messages in the Product Licence section.
• View Unpost or Repost status for transactions on all tax systems.

Enhanced Dashboard in Modern View

We’ve introduced several new features with the new enhanced UBS dashboard. 

• Each UBS user can now create a personalised view of their own dashboard.
• View up to 6 report widgets at the same time.
• Control who has access to specific report widgets and customise your dashboard layout to suit your workstyle.
• Get a clearer view of your business performance by enlarging your widget charts.
• Easily export your widget report data to Microsoft Excel for further analysis.

Enhanced Bank Manager Module

The Bank Manager module has been enhanced to provide you with a better user experience and simplified user interface.

Enhanced SST Return and Laporan CJ(P) C-01 Reports

SST reports can now be generated without an internet connection and the loading time has been improved. These reports include SST-02, SST-02A and Laporan CJ(P) C-01.

Enter Discount Amount in Modern View

You can now enter the discount percentage or amount in your transactions.

Edit Tax Amount for Purchase Transaction

You can now edit your purchase tax amount to ensure it is the same as the amount in your supplier / purchase invoice.

Housekeeping of Menu Items in Classic View

We have removed some of the menu items in our classic view that are no longer in use. They include Connected Services, Connected Helpdesk, Connected Learning and Connected Alerts.
