Digital Assistant

• We’ve relocated the Digital Assistant to a more visible position within the application, making it quicker and easier for you to find support when you need it.

Issue Resolutions

• Fixed an issue where error prompts, "Object is not contained in a FORMSET." & Variable eImported is not found, when user voids receipt.

Malaysia eInvoice

• Restart IAM button made available in the UBS system for your convenience.
• Page numbers is added to enhance navigation and referencing for large volume of data flowing over multiple pages.

Issue Resolutions

• Optimized system performance when accessing eInvoice Configuration and Mapping from client computer.
• Fixed an issue where IAM turned to grey and not able to connect the IAM.
• Fixed an issue when printing cash receipt, error prompted “Variable ‘eimported’ is not found”.

Enhance Service Tax Report (Receipt based)

• The enhancement is to provide clearer details on the total amount and tax paid by the customer, including the tax amount that need to report to the government.

The new e-Invoicing feature in the UBS AIB system, designed to optimize your invoicing process through automation, real-time tracking, and seamless integration with your current setup. This enhancement simplifies invoice creation, ensures regulatory compliance, and provides enhanced security for your financial data. To begin, simply access the e-invoicing module, configure your settings, and start generating and managing e-invoices with greater efficiency.

New PDF Converter

• We have introduced a new PDF converter to enhance support for Chinese characters, ensuring improved compatibility and accurate representation. This improvement will be applied to both the creation of e-Invoices and the email format for PDFs.

• The Consolidated e-Invoice reference numbers are now being generated in a proper sequential order without any duplicates.

eInvoicing

I&B Integrated POS Users are now allowed to submit eInvoice from I&B

• Inventory & Billing integrated POS users are now allowed to submit eInvoice from Outgoing Dashboard in Billing / Inventory & Billing.
• Only POS users integrated with the UBS Inventory & Billing or Billing module can view transactions in the eInvoicing Outgoing Dashboard, ready for transmission. Before transmitting, ensure that all necessary setup, configurations and mappings are completed in Inventory & Billing or Billing. Configuration and Mapping. No setup is required in POS.

  Updated Malaysia tax reliefs for YA2025.

  Updated the label of Employment Status For Year drop down value.
• Increase Field Length of Fixed SOCSO Contribution Rate Input Fields
  Increased the field length of the fixed SOCSO contribution rate input fields in 1st Half Payroll and 2nd Half Payroll screens.

Singapore Statutory Update

  Updated the CPF Ordinary Wage (OW) ceiling and contribution rate with effective from 1 January 2025

  Updated the designs of IR8A Appendix 8B Report Update screens to fit the latest report layout.
