Yes, with the full entitlement setting enabled, employees can apply for leave in advance for upcoming months. The system also supports importing leave based on specific monthly periods.
Do managers need to log in to two separate accounts one as a manager and one as an employee to approve their staff's leave?
No, only a single login is required. A manager can access both the leave
application and approval functions within the same account.
Can we customise the leave application SOP?
Yes, you can customise the leave setup, for example by creating a specific leave type such as “Emergency Leave” to match your internal SOP.
Will Evo notify the manager when a leave application is submitted for approval? Will the notification be sent via email or other platforms?
Yes, the system sends notifications via email as well as in-app feed notifications within Evo.
Can we use a single login to submit leave applications on behalf of employees, especially for those who are not tech-savvy, such as foreign workers?
Yes, Express Leave includes a feature that allows authorised personnel to apply for leave on behalf of employees.
How many personnel can be assigned to approve leave applications?
You can assign any number of authorised personnel as leave approvers, based on your organisation's approval structure.
Will the system notify us when an employee has unused annual leave?
