
Held on 29 July 2025 at The Access Group’s Global Operations Centre (KL GOC) in TRX, Kuala Lumpur, the ceremony brought together senior leaders from both organizations, including Dr. Chong Kok Wai, CEO of INTI, and Mr. Chee Gay Lim, Managing Director of Access KL GOC.
The partnership aims to equip students with practical, hands-on experience that enhances their academic learning and better prepares them for the evolving workforce. Through exposure to real projects and close industry engagement, students will gain valuable insights and transferable skills to succeed in the digital economy.

Guests were introduced to The Access Group’s global footprint and growing presence in Malaysia, with a spotlight on career pathways for students and graduates. Dr. Chong delivered a keynote address stressing the importance of real-world learning experiences in building confidence, capability, and future readiness.
He shared, “This partnership gives our students the chance to work on real projects with real expectations — particularly in areas like ESG and digital innovation. It’s these kinds of practical experiences, alongside mentorship and industry engagement, that bridge classroom learning with the real world, building both skill and confidence.
