When asked to share her advice for companies preparing for Phases II and III of eInvoicing, Ms Ng emphasised the importance of continuous learning and preparation. “Be sure to attend all the workshops offered by Access UBS to ensure you understand the correct process for generating e-Invoices,” she recommended. These workshops provide crucial insights into the intricacies of eInvoicing, offering hands-on training that helps businesses stay ahead of the curve.

As a construction company with multiple divisions, Panasonic Homes Malaysia faces the challenge of ensuring its reports are accurate to meet compliance requirements. Compared to other divisions within Panasonic, they handle close to 1000 transactions monthly.

With Access UBS, they have streamlined this process, achieving a 50% increase in efficiency and significantly reducing the time required for report generation.
