Terms and conditions for referrals via the Ambassador platform
1. Background: These Terms and Conditions apply to both referrers and new customers participating in the Ambassador Referral Campaign. The campaign aims to incentivise existing customers, individuals, affiliates, and influencers to refer new customers to The Access Group, offering rewards for successful referrals. New customers, in turn, benefit from exclusive promotional pricing on Access Hospitality Products. This mutual benefit structure is designed to expand The Access Group's customer base while providing tangible rewards to those who contribute to its growth. Participants are encouraged to familiarise themselves with these terms and conditions to ensure compliance and maximize the benefits of the campaign.
2. Eligibility Criteria for the referrer: The following are all eligible to participate in this campaign as a referrer:
(a) Existing customers of The Access Group.
(b) Individuals, Affiliates or Influencers who refer new customers to the Access Group.
3. Eligibility Criteria for new customers: The following are all eligible to participate in this campaign:
(a) new customers of The Access Group that purchase an Access Hospitality product(s).
(b) existing customers of The Access Group that purchase an additional new product(s).
4. Incentive for referrals: The referrer shall receive £250 worth of rewards from the Tango rewards platform as a reward for referring any new or existing customer to the Access Group upon successful order completion.
5. Right to withhold referrer rewards: The Access Group reserves the right to withhold any rewards or incentives if, at its sole discretion, it believes that the referrer is engaging in inappropriate, unethical, or fraudulent activities to obtain referrals. Inappropriate actions may include, but are not limited to, spamming, providing false information, or manipulating the referral process in any way that violates the spirit of fair play and integrity. The Access Group is committed to ensuring that all referrals are generated through honest and transparent means, and any violation of these principles may result in the forfeiture of rewards and potential termination of the referrer’s participation in the program.
6. Terms & Conditions: participation in the campaign shall be subject to the referred customer entering into a qualifying agreement with Access UK Limited (the “Access Group”) under the following terms and conditions: www.theaccessgroup.com/standardtandcs ( “Agreement”), for one (or more) of the following applicable Access Hospitality Products: Access Procure Wizard, Access Maintain, Access People for Hospitality, Trail, Rotaready, CPL Learning, Access EPoS, Acteol, Access Collins, ResDiary, QikServe, Wireless Social, Guestline.
7. Rules: By participating, the applicant (“you”) agree to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules, and you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of the Access Group as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign (including eligibility).
8. The Offer for new /existing customers: the specifics of the offer shall be solely determined by The Access Group. For the purpose of this clause, new customers who meet the Eligibility Criteria shall be entitled to a 10% discount on list price for any Access Hospitality Product(s) (“Promotional Pricing”). The Promotional Pricing shall start on the Start Date of the Agreement and is valid for the initial twelve-month Subscription Period only. After the initial Subscription Period, the Access Group shall reserve the right to increase pricing in accordance with the list price at that time. For the avoidance of doubt, the Promotional Pricing shall not be applicable to any Access Hospitality Product purchased by the new customer after the Start Date of the Agreement.
The Promotional Pricing shall apply for the qualifying new purchases only, and cannot be substituted, transferred or assigned to any other agreement you may have with the Access Group.
9. Right to terminate: The Access Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the campaign at any time.

11. No affiliation: The campaign hosted by The Access Group and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with any other third parties including the Ambassador Platform.
