APXpress’s Journey To Leaders In Fashion Innovation 

From humble beginnings as a printing company in North London, APXpress is now a multinational company supplying the fashion industry with a huge selection of custom trims, labels, zips, buttons eyelets and more. Keeping up with a fast-moving industry, APXpress meets leading fashion brands’ demands for constant innovation. 

With growing demand came an expansion into Hong Kong, and later Turkey and Tunisia. Now with over 100 members of staff, the need for APXpress to connect its international workforce became apparent.  

We spoke to Alex Nunn, Group Operations Manager at APXpress, about his experience working alongside The Access Group.  

A Decades-Long Relationship With The Access Group 

APXpress began its relationship with The Access Group over twenty years ago - as a long-term user of our Access Dimensions product. 

As APXpress grew, so did its relationship with The Access Group, adding Access CRM and Access Expense to its suite of Access software, all delivered through Access Workspace 

Both Access CRM and Access Expense has helped APXpress move away from paper-based systems. Features such as submitting expense receipts on-the-go using our Expense mobile app and the ability to leverage customer data on our CRM has helped APXpress run across three continents efficiently. 

No more chasing sales teams for updates on email, and no more entering receipt data manually. With representatives working across different timezones and currencies, Access software has the functionality to help multinationals save time and run efficiently.

(Access CRM) Is very important for us to keep track of our global sales team. Without that it would be a case of emailing and calling constantly. It is easy to use and important for us to see what people are doing and what opportunities are out there.
