Access Charity Website Platform helps Atlas Foundation increase awareness & engagement and cut out 3rd party platforms

The Atlas Foundation, founded by former England Rugby star Jason Leonard, tackles issues affecting Children and Adults worldwide by harnessing the power of Rugby.

"We are terribly grateful, you offered a solution to all the things that we have been battling with, but were previously unable to see our way to a solution for."

Sally Pettipher, CEO of Atlas Foundation

An attractive website, serving all the charity’s needs

The Atlas Foundation needed their website to better communicate the fantastic work that they do around the world. They also wanted a platform that would help them to increase awareness and engagement from their supporters and provide them with an improved donation and fundraising experience. The new website has allowed them to meet all these goals, within an attractive and professional site.

“Within the first few hours we had a fundraiser setting up a page to raise £3,000 for a project in Kenya, someone setting up a recurring donation for India, and someone else donate £1,700 to a project in South Africa. The first of these was from someone we have never heard of… Amazing.”

Sally Pettipher, CEO of Atlas Foundation

Key Achievements

  • Elimination of 3rd party funding platform, with creation of integrated donation platform.
  • Generation of over £60,000 worth of donations within 6 months of site launch.
  • Increased awareness of charity, attracting new donors and driving engagement from supporters.
  • Encouraging individual fundraising initiatives within the platform, with over £40,000 raised in one quarter.

Improving the donor experience

Prior to working with Access Charity Website platform, the foundation had to direct supporters to third party websites to make donations or fundraise for the charity. The integrated tools within the new platform have enabled The Atlas Foundation to eliminate the need third party applications. In doing so, they have generated over £60,000 from appeals and fundraising pages on their new website, within the first 6 months of going live.
