Trust an experienced consultant to take the worry out of installing your software for the new financial year with our annual installation and rollover service. For your remote session, this will done by our trained consultants.
HandiSoft SQL $439*, HandiSoft Non-SQL $275*
Performing the installation and rollover service is the most cost effective and convenient option to have your operation up and running quickly with minimal disruptions, setting you up for success for the new financial year. Bookings are available from Thursday 20th June.
If you operate a virtual or terminal server, please ensure you notify your consultant when they log on.

What's included in this service?

    • We install all Access HandiSoft modules, you've purchased, on your server.
    • We complete the rollover procedure.
    • Shortcuts will be put in a central location so they can copied to all workstations using the software.
    • For Document Manager users we will add the new financial year folder where requested.
    • Bookings can be made through the link below, which also allows you to schedule your appointment day and time online.
    • After your service is complete an email will be sent to you which will include your invoice.

Database Migrations

We understand the value that you have built up in your client data - and why so many practices are hesitant to change their software. 

To ensure the integrity of your data, we have created tools to migrate information from many commonly used taxation, client accounting and practice management packages. The methodology used by our Professional Services team has been proven in hundreds of new Access Accountants practices.

We can migrate client record data from MYOB AE & AO, Xlon Contacts, APS, Elite and TaxCat software. We can also migrate Tax and Asset data from MYOB AE (Solution 6 or Ceedata / Xlon).

Database Imports

Do you want to import extra data from another database into Access HandiSoft? Items such as Addresses, Phone numbers, Email addresses, Partner, Manager and Office references are just some of the data we can import.

Database Merges

Are you an Access Accountants software user that's merging with another Access site? Let us assist you by firstly, overcoming the duplicate reference code issue. We can merge existing Access Tax and Access Ledger data into an existing Access database and have you up and running quickly.
If you're an Access client that purchased another practice using different software, we can migrate the data and then merge this with your existing Access database

Full Suite Reviews

Ensure you and your team are getting the most out of your software investment and have one of our experienced consultants review your entire Access Accountants suite and assess how effectively you and your team are using your Access solution.

The consultant will go through a standard set of questions and assess your work practices. We have designed a comprehensive review document covering functionality across all modules.

The initial appointment is designed for senior staff and is done in a personalised workshop environment usually running for 4 - 5 hours. We then follow this up with a summary report and improvement plan.

Your Practice Improvement Plan may include:

  • A comprehensive usage review that determines whether your practice is optimising productivity with the solution;
  • Recommendations on changes, with the option for you to allocate tasks to staff and prioritise implementation;
  • Recommendations for focused training that will empower you to take advantage of solution capabilities not being used; and
  • Additionally, you can get up to 2 hours of consulting to implement recommendations made in your report and improvement plan. You can choose to have this as training or configuration.

Compliance and Document Handling Process Review

Ensure your practice is getting the most out of your Access solution investment and have one of our experienced consultants review your Access Tax and document handling processes and assess how effectively you are using the features and functionality.

We will supply you with a comprehensive questionnaire for you to complete regarding your current usage. You will then benefit from a follow-up discussion to go through your answers in detail. This will be up to two hours long and be either face to face* or online. This process will highlight adjustments to the way you use your Access solution in order to extract greater productivity within your practice.
