Livability partners with Access in a major transformation project

Livability – the disability charity that connects people with their communities – runs a wide range of disability care and community services across the UK. As part of an organization-wide transformation programme, Livability’s Board of Directors have approved a major upgrade to its business systems by investing in an integrated finance, HR and payroll solution from the Access Group.

The new system will simplify the way the charity works and allow it to reduce inefficiencies, remove manual processes, improve communication and provide faster and more accurate management information thereby empowering front-line managers and driving greater value in delivering support to the people they serve.

Helen England, CEO for Livability explained:

“The expertise Access demonstrates in the health and social care sector, as well as the value offered by their integrated suite of systems were key factors in why Livability chose Access as its partner on this project. The Access solution not only answers our current needs, it also provides the assets required to support the future of the charity thanks to the accessibility and integration offered by Access Workspace.”

Steve Sawyer, Director of Health and Social Care at the Access Group comments:

“Livability directly supports thousands of disabled and vulnerable people in the UK - connecting lives and bringing communities together. We are delighted they have chosen Access to help them to deliver the same connectivity in their charity, giving them the freedom to deliver more to the people who need it most.”

Access is a leading technology solutions provider to the health and social care sector –Livability join a growing number of national care organisations, including Scottish Autism and the National Autistic Society, who are choosing Access to deliver integrated solutions to help them to increase productivity and efficiency, so they can continue to focus on delivering outstanding care collectively for over a million people across the UK.
