The Access Upload tool is provided to allow customers and dealers of Access UK Ltd to upload files to our FTP Site.

Requirements

The Access Upload Tool requires Version 1.6 or later of the Jave SE Runtime. 

This could be downloaded by going to the following link:

Get the latest version of Java

The program should run on any compatible Operating System, as long at is running 1.6 or above.

Note: As of Snow Leopard(version 10.6) the Access Upload is now supported on Mac OS X.

Usage

Follow the link and when presented with the Open/Save dialog click "Open"

Once the application has loaded, enter your Support Reference and click Validate.

Your Support reference will then be validated and the rest of the application will be enabled.

Enter your Call Reference and select the support engineer that you are dealing with.

Enter a reason for the upload, E.g Backup request by Access.

Click on the browse button to locate the file you wish to upload.  Note: It must be either a zip or a rar file.

Click the upload button to transmit the data.
